Celebrity is een stevige merrie met veel bot en een mooi hoofdje, ook kan ze bewegen als de beste! Ze heeft in Nederland een mooie keuringscarrière achter de rug en werd daar Ster. Ook zij heeft daar mooie nakomelingen gebracht. Haar vader, Revel Jiro was een kampioenshengst in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Celebrity is a massive mare with a lot of bone and a nice head, she can move like the best too!  She has had a nice showcarreer in The Netherlands where she received the 'Star' premium. She has left some nice descendants there too. Her sire, Revel Jiro was a champion in the United Kingdom.

In 2006 kwam naast Maesgwyn Shareen en Saffron, ook de merrie Maesgwyn Hossanah naar ons. Ze was toen drie en liep met nog een andere driejarige en de hengst Quinton Cracker in een kleine wei. Ze eiste meteen onze aandacht op door haar mooie bolle ogen. Haar vader is de alom bekende Revel Spirit dewelke al enkele jaren op de befaamde Blaenau Stud staat van de familie Greenow en die ook erg succesvol was in de showring.

In 2006, beside Maesgwyn Shareen and Saffron, the mare Maesgwyn Hossanah came to us too. When she was three years old and we visited the Maesgwyn stud, she ran with another three-year old and the stallion Quinton Cracker on a little meadow. From the first moment our attention was with her because of her beautiful big eyes. Her father is the well-known Revel Spirit who is the stud stallion of the renowned Blaenau Stud from the Greenow family and has been very successful in the showring too.

 

Maesgwyn Happy Lass

Happy Lass is een merrie die we hebben kunnen kopen bij Dhr. Patriek Standaert enkel omdat deze alleen hengsten wou houden in de toekomst. Ze heeft een prachtig front en fantastische gangen. Ze heeft bij Dhr. Patriek Standaert een mooie hengst gegeven, Happy Black genaamd, uit een combinatie met Shore Brooks Chin Chin. Deze nakomeling werd in 2007 het sectie A veulenkampioen op de Welsh show te Gavere. Haar moeder, Baledon Heidi, won in 2006, op haar 8 jaar, de Minsterley show en werd hoog geklasseerd op de Royal Welsh in datzelfde jaar.

Happy lass is a mare which we could purchase with Mr. Patriek Standaert, just because he only wanted to keep stallions in the future. She has got a lovely front and fantastic movements. She has left a nice colt with Mr. Standaert, named Happy Black, by Shore brooks Chin Chin. This descendant was in 2007 the section A foal champion at the Welsh show in Gavere (Belgium). Her mother, Baledon Heidi, won in 2006, when she was 8, the Minsterley show and was highly commended at the Royal Welsh show in that same year.

 

Eppynt E&K

Eppynt E&K kwam naar ons in oktober 2008. We hebben haar door omstandigheden van Mrs. Howells kunnen kopen. Het is een merrie die nog de echte "Look of the Hills" heeft met ontzettend veel bot, een prachtig hoofdje en veel massa. Ook beweegt ze erg best. Aan moederskant heeft ze de bekende Eppynt "V" lijn en als vader prijkt de prachtige Eppynt Silver Top. E&K heeft in Wales al mooie veulens gegeven, waaronder het merrieveulen Gleiniant Emily.

Eppynt E&K came to us in October 2008. Because of certain circumstances we were able to purchase her from Mrs. Howells. It is a mare with the real "Look of the Hills" with lots of bone, a magnificent head and a lot of mass. Beside that she moves very well too. At her damside she has the famous Eppynt "V" line and as sire she has the fantastic Eppynt Silver Top. In Wales E&k has produced some nice foals already, like the filly foal Gleiniant Emily.

Vanilla Sky als tweejarige / Vanilla Sky as a two year old

Gleiniant Vanilla Sky is een prachtige merrie met een mooi front, erg goede bewegingen en veel bot. Haar vader, Tiffwyl Marquis, heeft het reeds erg goed gedaan in de showring en de fokkerij. Haar moeder, de fantastische Eppynt Vienna, wist het net als Vanilla Sky erg goed te doen in de showring als youngster, zij was Reserve Champion op de Minsterley show en 6de op de Royal Welsh als driejarige.

Gleiniant Vanilla Sky is a gorgeous mare with a nice front, very good movements and plenty of bone. Her sire, Tiffwyl Marquis, already did a great job both at stud as in the showring. Her dam, the fantastic Eppynt Vienna was, just like Vanilla Sky, very successful in the showring as a youngster, she became the Reserve Champion at the Minsterley show and 6th at the Royal Welsh as a three-year old.

Bolster Goneril kwam naar ons als 19-jarige. Ondanks haar leeftijd ziet ze er echt nog steeds fantastisch uit! Haar vader is de prachtige Serock Crusader en Gemstone Golden Glory prijkt als moeder van deze typische massale merrie met geweldige bewegingen! Goneril heeft er een mooie keuringscarrière opzitten.

Bolster Goneril came to us as a 19-years old. Despite her age she still looks fabulous! Her sire is the stunning Serock Crusader and Gemstone Golden Glory is the dam of this typical, nice bodied mare with great movements! Goneril has had a successful showcarreer.

Sonnet, dochter van (onze favoriet) Gleiniant Snaffles, uit de merrie Eppynt Sheila van Revel Jiro, werd na mijn verblijf in Wales in de zomer van 2009 mijn favoriete merrie daar. Sonnet valt op vanwege haar fantastische karakter, prachtig hoofd, massa, bot en beweging. In eerste instantie waren we niet van plan haar te kopen, maar omdat we (en vooral ik dan) het niet konden laten, kochten we deze prachtige merrie toch. Bedankt aan David en Pauline Howells voor deze kans!

Sonnet, daughter of (our favourite) Gleiniant Snaffles, out of the mare Eppynt Sheila by Revel Jiro, became after my stay in Wales in the summer of 2009 my favourite mare over there. Sonnet has a fantastic character, a gorgeous head, mass, bone and movement. Initially we wouldn't buy her but because we (and especially me) couldn't get her out of our minds, we purchased this lovely mare. Thanks to David and Pauline Howells for this opportunity!
